Items can be returned in the U.S., Canada, Australia, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Israel. Joykoko will refund your money once the local warehouse confirms receipt of your returned parcel. The service is available in the UK, U. S. and Canada, but not all countries have Free Return service. The UK does not have the same ‘right to return’ as other countries, so refunds may not be available for UK customers . The company does not offer a cash-back refund for international customers.
